  • Client Description: RERA board (A RERA board handles registration of real estate projects, keep a check on periodic progress of ongoing projects (under construction), complaints and grievance redressal related to real estate projects, etc.
  • Opportunity: RERA board wanted to create a consumer centric web-portal for managing and regulating the real estate projects for more efficiency and effectiveness

Our approach

  • Directed 40+ focused discussions with various partners like Promoters, Agents, Home purchasers and RERA authority across 7 states to distinguish the problem areas in accessible RERA web-based interfaces.
  • Also analyzed the best features and practices from other government and private company’s portals.
  • Benchmarked other states RERA platform on multiple features for different modules like registration
  • Created a project requirement document (PRD) including regulatory, UI/UX and technical requirements for the web-portal.
  • Build a UI/UX document using Adobe XD
  • Used the qualitative and quantitative tools for the research and gap assessment.
