  • A payment company wanted to design a strategic roadmap based on the current business model & capabilities, market assessment, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Analyzed entire product portfolio to identify 4 distinct business models and constructed unit economics for each model.
  • Conducted a deep dive into each business model to assess the existing market, estimate market size, benchmark against competitors, and assess organization capabilities.
