- Directed 40+ focused discussions with various partners like Promoters, Agents, Home purchasers and RERA authority across 7 states to distinguish the problem areas in accessible RERA web-based interfaces.
- Also analyzed the best features and practices from other government and private company’s portals.
- Benchmarked other states RERA platform on multiple features for different modules like registration
- Created a project requirement document (PRD) including regulatory, UI/UX and technical requirements for the web-portal.
- Build a UI/UX document using Adobe XD
