- Analyzed entire product portfolio to identify 4 distinct business models and constructed unit economics for each model.
- Conducted a deep dive into each business model to assess the existing market, estimate market size, benchmark against competitors, and assess organization capabilities.
- Created a strategy roadmap based on the strengths and weaknesses of the current business model, key capabilities, and feedback on the existing products.
