- Opportunity: To service hyperlocal transportation/delivery needs of B2B2C and B2B customers for various use cases
Our Approach
- A long list of use cases was generated based on PGA Labs experience, secondary research, and a few quick conversations
- 14 use cases were shortlisted, and detailed secondary research was carried out
- ~100 stakeholders across use cases were interviewed to gather relevant insights
