Mohit Mittal joins Praxis Global Alliance’s Technology and Internet Practice as a Partner

Praxis Global Alliance, a global management consulting and advisory services firm has announced that Mohit Mittal has joined the firm’s Gurugram office as a Partner in its Technology and Internet Practice.

Mohit has over 12 years of experience in management consulting. His expertise lies in advising global and domestic companies in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, startup investing, and transformation.

At 4.6 billion, the number of internet users comprises more than half the world’s population today. In a world of digital-first experience, Mohit’s leadership will further strengthen the firm’s Technology leadership in the market.

Prior to joining Praxis, Mohit was a member of the Board of Directors at Revolt Motors in the capacity of investor representative to support transformation and growth. Previously, he has also held senior positions at EY-Parthenon and KPMG where he advised leading companies, private equity firms, and startups in areas of growth strategy, performance improvement, and commercial due diligence. He has delivered projects in India, Europe, South East Asia, and MENA regions.

He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), University of Delhi. In his free time, he likes to stay abreast of current affairs, the world of technology, and startups.
