Vishal is a seasoned business professional with over two decades of experience in Consumer Banking and Insurance in areas of Product Management, Sales & Distribution, Strategy, Distribution Development, Marketing and Business Transformation.

Vishal is currently a Domain Leader in the Financial Services practice at Praxis Global Alliance where he will be focusing on the insurance segment. He has deep multi-channel experience in insurance having worked across Life, Health and General Insurance companies in the past 15 years. He has been a part of senior leadership teams at reputed multinational and private sector players where he led several strategic initiatives and critical projects.

Prior to associating with Praxis, he was the Chief – Product & Strategy at Tata AIG General Insurance. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President & Corporate Designated Person at Apollo Munich Health Insurance where he led  Retail Strategy & Distribution Management while also looking at Inforce book management (Renewals,, Upsell and Cross sell), Distribution Transformation (Digital), Value added Products, Distribution Operations and Analytics.  He has spent a decade in Life Insurance with ICICI Prudential and Bharti AXA, where he has managed Sales & Distribution Strategy, Agency Transformation, Agency Development, Business Planning, Sales R&R, Sales Performance Management at a national level. Before joining the Insurance sector, he worked with ABN AMRO Bank (Consumer Banking) in Sales and Product management roles in Lending and Bancassurance.
