Sanjeev Garg is an automotive industry veteran with more than 28 years of strong industry experience in Commercial Vehicles, Personal Vehicles, and Electric Vehicles.

Sanjeev is currently a Practice Leader with Praxis in Automotive practice. Prior to working in advisory with Praxis, he was in leadership roles with Tata Motors, Force Motors, General Motors, and DCM Toyota/Daewoo. At Tata Motors, he was the Global head of customer experience managing a top line of US$ 500M across 4 continents. He has extensive experience in long term strategy formulation, execution, and stakeholder management. He was a key leader in the digitization journey at Tata Motors managing initiatives which include the entire customer lifecycle. Earlier, he was a President of Sales, Marketing and Aftersales at Force Motors managing US$ 450M+ business.

He also held various leadership roles at General Motors in India, Middle East, Malaysia, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Among different leadership positions, he also served as an MD and CEO of GM Malaysia.

He has won several accolades during his illustrious career including Global Customer Service Leader of the Year, 2013 by Stevie Corp. USA.
