Chirag has several years of experience with multinational
tech products and IT/ITeS service buyers and providers. He has advised on
enabling technology-led transformation, IT value optimization, software
selection, services outsourcing, service delivery excellence, and global growth
strategies. He has also spearheaded large engagements on cloud modernization
for a public sector client, IT strategy development for a global university,
provided due diligence for a leading insurance company, partner selection for a
leading BPaaS firm, SaaS enablement for a large financial services company,
operating model optimization for retail major and market expansion strategy for
an IT giant.
Chirag has worked with international organizations, service
providers, and Fortune 1000 corporations, helping them develop and promote
their technology capabilities or navigate them through their sourcing and
transformation-related decision-making. His client experience spans a dozen
countries across America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to joining Praxis, he was a Director with Avasant,
leading several engagements and initiatives on digital transformation,
technology sourcing, automation, governance, organization design, and change
management.
Chirag is passionate about the new age of digital tech and
devising ways in which it can create a positive impact on businesses,
governments, and people. He has a master’s degree in Management of Information
Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has
obtained his B.E. in instrumentation technology and electronics from the
Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
