She has deep experience in driving strategy & growth for various stakeholders of fast-growing internet & e-commerce, consumer & retail & other industries by providing grass root consulting with clear actionable. She also works in enabling global funds to develop insights on the performance of their existing portfolio companies & commercial due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Establishing productive, professional relationships with CEO / CFO in assigned accounts and meeting targets for profitable sales volume & strategic objectives is her forte and is adept at providing leadership to multifunctional multi geographic teams and integrating their activities to achieve overall sales and profitability targets, consistently delivering superior performances year on year.
At PGA Labs she has been part of various engagements including commercial due diligence support to various global PE / VC funds for investments in fintech, MRO, food delivery players, ed-tech, insure tech, etc. She has provided strategic support to build the PPM for a fund for raising $450M as their fourth fund. Also, I actively provided project management support to CSF for building online educational content for which Google.org was the grantee. Apart from these, she has also supported GTM strategies for expansion across cities in India for various consumer companies. She has also played a crucial role in various research-based projects to understand both supply & demand side in food tech, ed tech & student housing to reduce churn ratio, improves sales process effectiveness, digitization of supply-side & improvement in consumer experience by competitor benchmarking.
