Parul is an exuberant communication professional with 11 plus years of experience driving strategic communication and marketing efforts for B2B MNCs across segments. She leads the marketing and communications efforts for Praxis Global Alliance globally where she takes care of developing brand equity and assets for the organization. She was recognized as one of India's top 40 disruptive minds at Agency Reporter #40Under40. She is responsible for developing the communication strategy for the brand across internal and external channels and employee and customer touch-points. She has been instrumental in building a unique brand identity for the organization, implementing and managing marketing automation, and supporting revenue streams through webinars and online events.

Before this, Parul was managing digital, content and B2B lead generation for 6 years with Teleperformance India, part of the US$ 5.3B Teleperformance Group. She was managing strategic 360-degree content strategy for the business and helped create strong digital brand differentiators including the #GenderSmart campaign globally. 

Parul represented Teleperformance India at the annual Contact Center World Annual Asia Pacific Conference in the Social Media category consecutively in 2017 and 2018 and won golds both times in Malaysia and Macao respectively. Parul is also a published author and writes for leading media platforms and blogs on a breadth of topics including brand, content and marketing trends, travel, and spirituality regularly. She is a strong proponent of Work-Life balance and a Gender Smart work culture.

Parul is a mass communication graduate from IP university and an advertising and PR postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication under the I&B Ministry and has been fortunate to be a part of building distinct and compelling brand identity for brands like Teleperformance, QAI India, Serco, and Dr. OetkerFunFoods with her unique skillsets and personality.

She is an instinctive empathy-driven leader and believes in fostering relationships based on a balanced approach of people care and output maximization. She identifies herself as a keen story-teller, traveler, yoga, running, and dance enthusiast.
