Nitin brings over 15 years of experience in the Human Capital domain, with diverse work experience spanning across Human Capital Strategy, HR Operations, Audit, and Workforce Planning functions. Prior to joining Praxis, Nitin was leading the HR Shared Services vertical for a leading next-gen analytics company where he led various HR transformation initiatives. Nitin has deep expertise in planning and driving people strategy for organizations looking to enter into new geographies especially USA, UK, and Australia. Designing and implementing Human Capital policies, Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), and Global Mobility Framework has been his forte, with leadership in the area of organizational restructuring and employee life cycle management. Nitin has steered projects related to process design, shared services design, delivery and implementation, and prepared business cases for transformation/reengineering of process/systems.
Nitin is passionate about connecting strategy, people, and processes to drive organization growth. He understands the symbiotic relationship between the three and aspires to support organizations in strengthening their people-orientation with the help of data. When not working, one can find Nitin solving Math puzzles and mind teasers. He was also a volunteer at the Teach India Program, where he mentored young students from low-income families to help improve their life chances. On the personal front, Nitin loves spending time with family, reading, improving his piano playing skills, and attending art festivals.
