Mohit Mittal is a seasoned strategy and investment professional with a decade-long experience in management consulting. He has had diverse experience across strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, investment banking, and startup investing and technology.

Prior to joining Praxis, Mohit was a member of the Board of Directors at Revolt Motors in the capacity of investor representative to support transformation and growth. Previously, he has also held senior positions at EY-Parthenon and KPMG where he advised leading companies, private equity firms, and startups in areas of growth strategy, performance improvement, and commercial due diligence.

He has successfully delivered over 50 consulting engagements in the technology, internet, telecom, and media sectors in India, Europe, South East Asia, and MENA regions. He has assisted clients during transactions, built growth strategies, and driven transformation engagements.

In his free time, he likes to stay abreast of current affairs, the world of technology, and startups.
